Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a 24hr notice is required. Client cooperation and punctuality are essential to achieving the desired results. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation on the day of shoot. Open Studios INTL, INC is not liable for missed photographs due to delays or tardiness on the part of the Client. The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment and shall ensure that all attendees treat the Photographer and their team with respect and professionalism. In the event of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conditions, the Photographer reserves the right to withdraw from the assignment with no further obligations. The client acknowledges that the photographer may use equipment such as tripods, lighting stands, and cables, which may pose a risk of accidents.The photographer shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from their equipment or movement during the session. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment and taking necessary precautions to prevent accidents.
 
If the photographer cannot perform this contract due to fire, act of God, or other casualty beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer’s illness or emergency, then Open Studios INTL, INC shall return the retainer to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. In addition, if Open Studios INTL, INC is prevented from arriving to the event due to illness, casualty, act of God, political or social conflict, or travel delays, damages may not exceed half of the package amount and travel costs will remain paid by the clients. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or computer malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost, damaged, or stolen without fault on part of the photographer. In the event Open Studios fails to perform for any reason, Open Studios INTL, INC shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the money the client has paid.

If the client(s) or any of their team is responsible for the damage or destruction of any photographic equipment, the client(s) agrees to pay for the replacement the gear at current market value.
